awful management with no people skills

Once you sign a lease don't expect any customer service. If you have a problem or need a repair they will try to ignore you if at all possible. They don't return phone calls and will actually snap at you or be sarcastic. You would think they were paying you to perform a service, rather than the other way around. After I moved out, one of my former neighbors emailed me, asking me to please go back to my apartment (from which I had moved out a month before) and turn the heat on. The cold from my apartment was seeping into hers, and although she had complained to the office, they had refused to enter the apartment to turn the heat on, saying that I still hadn't moved out. So even after I thought I was finally free from them, they were still causing me to have to go back and find out why they would be under the impression I still lived there...the nightmare never ends.
