Went to this community two weeks ago to see the property. We made our move in time line very clear and the leasing agent stated that they could accomodate us. Went back the following week to complete applications and submit our deposit. The leasing agent still affirmed that our move in date would be acceptable. The following day the agent called and stated that they would not be able to hold the apartment we selected for more than 30 days and that a similar unit would be available around the middle of the month. This was not acceptable due to issues that would arrise with moving out of our current residence. I went back to the leasing office and stated that some type of additional concesion would have to be made in order for us to accept a mid-month move in date. The agent could not give me an answer then, but called the following day stating that no concession could be made. We requested our deposit back and did receive it fortunately. The community has multiple units that have been vacant for an extended period of time but they were unwilling to hold one for us for more than their 30 day holding period. Foolish leasing agents aparently do not want to rent out their community that badly. I am just sorry I even considered this complex to begin with.. The sister properties, Harbor and Landing are no better. KEEP LOOKING!!
