We've lived here for 2 years now. Yes, the apartment is a little old and if you take the ground floor, there are a few bug problems.
But it's a great deal for the price specially for people working in Marietta. I have had no issues with the Management and have got immediate response to my service calls.
They have a great collection of movies which you can borrow for free and they hold special events from time to time like free breakfast, coffee, movie by the pool etc.
I would definitely recommend this complex
