nice apartment, horrible management

I've been a resident for almost 3 years, only because cheaper to live than other places nearby. Cheap paint job, carpet, but not horrible. The biggest complaint is the nonresponsive leasing office. They don't return calls, they don't follow through with anything, and their attitudes are horrible. I don't enjoy waiting for staff to slowly end personal calls while I'm waiting.
