I wrote the above titled review in March and it still keeps coming and coming.

Right now, I'm in my sixth month here and we currently have refrigerator problems, where the water from the ice maker leaks down inside the refrigerator and outside of it as well creating a puddle.

In addition, there has been a growing wet spot, more than likely about to cave into my bathroom. It has been leaking what seems to be like sewage, sepid water into my bathtub and all over the floor. It also comes out of the air vent of the bathroom. I notified them to come immediately, but they haven't responded quickly enough. I'm still waiting for them to fix it.

A couple of days ago, there was a leak in the main water pipe and was out of water for a day. Its funny, you start to expect things to go wrong when you live here.

They have responded to only cosmetic issues and will be painting and focusing on exterior issues, but this apartment complex is ready to fall apart.

I made the decision to take this place because of time constraints, but if I had to choose all over again, I would have picked a much newer apartment complex. The management here has grown worse and they seem to have a high turnover rate when it comes to people who work at the office.

Please stay away!!! You will only have a bunch of maintenance problems to deal with.
