My boyfriend and I have lived here two years. In that two years our apartmet has flooded. The carpet that was destroyed was left unfixed and the baseboards discolored. We have had two snakes just show up in our bathroom, wall paper that peeled itself off of our bathroom walls. our power blacked out due to electrical issues at the switch box that was shooting sparks out. (this is not an emergency because it took them 2 days to remedy this) Management has changed 3 times. And staff gets more and more rude and unwilling to put themselves out of the way for a little thing called customer service. (or decency for that matter) If I see one more wood roach I will start collecting them to leave for the management in the morning; because their "pest control" leaves much to be desired. And to top it all off they sent a note out yesterday to our building that said our water was going to be off for 12 hours that day. OK I think three days is quite enough.
