Greystar has done nothing for our complex except cause MUCH inconvenience and made our living conditions DANGEROUS!
The merely cosmetic touch ups have cause massive inconvenience (no place to park, workers outnumber the reisidents, large nails left on sidewalks, falling objects, fumes, etc.). AND, if you work at night, FORGET sleeping during the day.
I have YET to meet the maintenance man (now it has dwindled down to 1 person as far as I'm aware of) and emergency requests are NOT even answered.
We have lived here for 4 years and have witnessed the downfall of this once beautiful, quiet place to live.
Safety is a key issue as well since outside lighting has NOT been fixed. Once we would have recommended others live here, but NO MORE.
Don't get suckered in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
