Yes, I am renting 1-bedroom apartment in River-Preserve, AND WILL BE RUNNIJG . The place from outside looks ok!! But actually its a dump. There are cockroches everywhere however you try they will come back. The bathroom tubs, toilets date backs to the 50's...Initially you will notice carpet to be clean and nit but in reality its a cockroch city. The windows are broken, the appliances are broken, stuff in bath room is broken and maintanance staff does not care at all. When we initially moved in, for 15-20 days there was a lingering smell of paint in the apt which was hard to remove. We complained abt it and the answere was, " Yes, that will remain for some time but it will go eventually". Now, the best part, the management, the manager is like the dictator. That means whatever she says is right. And finally, when leavinf the apt you have to forget abt the deposit...how clean the apt is..you will not get your deposit back because the manager will say all the things are broken and we have to fix it which was broekn initially and fixing it with our money. DONT EVER GO THERE...I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO GO THERE...LIVE ON STREETS BUT DONT GO THERE.
