if you want four walls, no heat, shady folks living around you, then this is the hot spot. otherwise stay away. they have been doing construction and the parking lot has been non existent. Walls are paper thin and you can hear whatever is going on around you. i don't feel totally safe. looks like my door had been kicked in at one time. the lock jams along with the door handle quite frequently.

This is John, one of the leasing staff at River Preserve. I am sorry that you have some issues with our community. The renovations are just about complete so there should not be anymore parking issues. In regards to the walls, if you can hear your neighbors, apparently they are being a little too loud. Please let me know if you ever hear them and I will try to resolve that problem for you. Also as far as your front door goes, if you can let me know who you are, I would be more than happy to look at it for you and then see what I can do for you to make you feel safer.
