The Service here SUCKS. Greystar Management lacks customer service skills. Not only do they misplace your service call requests but it takes weeks to get a service call answered, it used to take 1-2 days with the previous company. The leasing agents are just as rude as the Property Manager Brenda - They seem to forget who the customer is.
Also my apartment is falling apart, wallpaper peeling, bathtub tiles fall off, screens missing, no fire extinguisher yet they just raised the rent by $80 (NO Thanks). I'm not paying $80 more because they painted the outside of the building!The floorplans are real spacious but ive been apartment hunting and there are bigger plans out there

Brenda is no longer here, why, becasue she was a big big liar, a back stabber, moody and menepausal, a real basketcase. Greystar got to the point they could no longer overlook her bad attitude and mood swings and moved here to another property and then got rid of her. That was the one good thing they did. It took up to 3-4 months to get repair work done on your apt, really bad and Brenda was mostly the reason. The employes even said she was a B_ _ _ _.

Too little too late...i feel for the folks that had to work with her daily. I finally moved out...best thing i ever did. she had A LOT of influence on my decision to move out. Awful Awful Woman.
