I visited this complex the other day and was blown away by the improvements. Under new management, they're designing running and biking trails and building a state-of-the-art fitness facility. This place is right on the Chattahoochee and they really seem to be creating the ideal homes for fitness freaks like me - I love it!!

Just give it a little while, you'll be upset just like everyone else. Watch your water bill.

Amazing new upgrades!! At the expense of paying more in water and sewage than anyone in Cobb county that owns a house and water's their flowers everyday. They tried to blame it on the county, but I know at least 5 people that live in Cobb county, and pay 25 for water/sewage, unlike the 75 I was paying when I used to live there. Sounds more to me like they were splitting the increased costs to the people that still lived in the community, as their occupancy rate went down.

It's nice to be so close to the river. However, I'd pay the annual fee to the state for a parking permit and live somewhere else. This place is the pits. All the work going on is at the expense of the renters' lives. Noise, reduced parking, increased crime, damage to personal property, increase in rodents, cutting down all the trees that made the property look picturesque, etc, etc. Oh, and drastically increasing rent, water bills (my water bill jumped from $30 a month to $60 a month as soon as the new owners moved in -- a coincidence? ), and hassles. Stay away. Post Ridge down the road is actually LESS expensive, nicer, cleaner, and less of a pain. How sad is it when you're more expensive than a Post apartment complex?

Sounds like a manager or leasing agent wrote about the property. Real people read these, so real people should write them. You can slap a coat of paint on the building, and redo the inside, but they were built in the 70's.
