Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
Moved to Marietta from Illinois due to work. I toured many aprt. complexes before deciding to live here.
Great value for the rent. The apt. was totally renovated before I moved in: new applicances, carpeting, wallpaper, etc.
Maintenance is always dealt with in a timely manner.
