Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Almost didn't have a single problem here. Decent apartments, decent price. Good all around. The only thing I might question is their 'qualifications' for letting people in. I had a LARGE mexican family move in downstairs and they were loud, loud, loud. (Had stereo or TV on at extreme volumes even at 2-3am..) Otherwise, I actually rather liked this place a lot..
