I've lived here since 2002 and I just renewed my lease. What I like most is the two bedroom floor plan, the fire place, the renovated porch and the staff. 90% of the time, my building is quiet, which is important to me because I work from home. It really depends on your neighbors, though. There's ample parking and the complex is kept really clean. But for the fact that I consider my AC/Heating unit to be loud, I've had no unfavorable incidents and have apprecaited living here. I've referred two co-workers here, and to my knowledge, they've had no complains either. Overall. it's a great place to live.
