You cannot be serious. The last review was obviously from someone who could not pay their rent or something. I lived there from 1994 to 2008 and was there during the renovations! Of course they were banging, they were doing construction...And how beautiful it looks now! This apartment complex is stunning! It took a lot of work to make it was it is today and so what...you had to endure a little noise' Come on, people. The management staff there is responsive and the maintenance is outstanding! This is an apartment, NOT a condo! This place is great and in my opinion, the best on the road. I stayed there for a very long time and the new owners obviously put a LOT of money in this place. So what for the little inconvenience you had to go through for a beautiful result! Be proud that you have owners that take a little pride and the staff as well!

This is obviously another one of those funny reviews. I can't believe the response was so quick defending this place. The fact of the matter is, they're having trouble seeking tenants in this economy and they resort to efforts like this. I was also there during the construction - the courtesy of the management during that time was alarmingly bad.

That's not their fault, but the attitude of "You should be grateful to be here" definitely rubbed me the wrong way.<<<< "And how beautiful it looks now! This apartment complex is stunning! It was management's attitude.<<<< "So what for the little inconvenience you had to go through for a beautiful result!" >>>>So what? So WHAT? You seem to be under the impression that people got to live there for free. Rent is paid - therefore tenants are customers. Asking not to be bothered is not asking a lot.<<<< By the way, it's curious how there are not so many positive reviews on Yahoo.
