I love living here...i've been here almost two years and i saw a roach for the first time last week due to the apartment below being trashed out! other than that no insect problems but the occasional spider. i feel very safe and the neighborhood is great. very good school district and rachel is the sweetest girl:) it's a small community which is good so don't listed to that old/bad review, i guarantee you will love it here!!!!!!!!!
