Management Customer Service Blows

Take it from a current renter, if you love horrible customer service and management with major attitude, you?ll love this place. Otherwise, find another place to live. Don?t bother leaving messages on voicemail because management ignores them. You get attitude from all management - anything involving work from them results in major attitude (even if it?s just to call and ask about leasing a place). The place is inexpensive and nice that it?s next to the Chattahoochee trails, but the people at the office are miserable. They can?t do things right the first time, and they try to screw the tenents over with false information. They also lie to prospective renters about the current "market rates". Trust me, these people are MISERABLE to deal with, and the turnover rate is almost monthly, so there?s no accountability for their actions. The apartments are fine, but it?s not worth the crap you?ll have to put up with with the people at the leasing office (maintenance staff not included - they?re fine).
