This place absolutely sucks! I have been here a year and am excited about my lease ending this month. The only room in the apartment with overhead lighting is the kitchen. The bedrooms don't have ceiling fans and the power outlet next to the cable outlet is connected to the lightswitch in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom doesn't have a cable outlet. The eyes on my stove had to be replaced at least three times. My toilet had to be fixed three times. If you have a neighbor above you, everything they do can be heard. When they actually get the gate working someone just runs through it to break it again. Tenants pile up their trash next to the dumpster instead of in the dumpster, along with whatever furniture they don't want anymore.(Don't get me started on the quality of the neighbors) On a positive note, my cd player was only stolen out of my car once.
I would recommend The Landing to somebody I hate. I have never been so happy to pack up and move in my entire life, and I really hate moving.
