Walls are very thin, as are ceilings. Also, tons of roaches, spiders, etc. Management acts nice but doesn't do anything for you. We have had several problems with toilets, sinks, and freezer. Also had a leak that soaked carpet and led to mildew...management didn't do a thing to help. They don't care as long as your lease isn't close to expiration.
