I've been here 18 months. This place has roaches, termites, spiders, ants and snakes. The worst is the termites growing on your inside walls. Mildew smell everywhere. Move else where...

From my discussion with management, this place has frequent "swarming" events, where termites eat through your walls and swarm inside the apartment (I learned that some termites can fly, so at least it's educational). Think of coming home to thousands of termites flying around your place. Let me tell you, it was a fun time, and kept me out of my apartment for a long time. It also resulted in some visible wood furnature damage.
