I don't know where all these negative people live in this complex, but I can tell you it is by far one of the best in the area.

Yes I have seen roaches - 5 in the months I have been here. But show me any place in the south that has none at all.

Every time I have called the management about a problem, it is taken car of. One maintemance man has even worked after hours to do a favor.

I occasionally hear my upstairs neighbor, but not often. That is expected in apartments. And my next door neighbor cooks often and it sure smells good, but I never hear a sound from there. One neighbor plays his streo with all his windows open and I hear it, but he quiets down about 9pm.

I have lived in many states and in many upscale apartment complexes, I tend to be picky. I can tell you this is one of the best I have lived in.
