I love it. My apartment is huge and I go for a run every morning on the Chattahoochee.

The new owners have put new colorful siding on the whole property and the landscaping is beautiful. 2 minutes away from my job at Wildwood, 15 minutes from downtown. I'll be here forever.

If Management is going to write their own reviews, they should at least try to change the style. It's very obvious what's going on when there are several positive comments posted in the same style (and touching the same topic -- apartment size). The fact is that when these apartmsnts were built, they were designed identical to most apartments in the area -- Post Woods, for instance, has an identical 1/1 floorplan in most of it's buildings. Even the Villages has an identical floor plan to the 760 sq ft plan "The Aspen". The only difference is that the screened porch is enclosed at River Point. However, with no insulation, no air conditioning ducts (it's constantly freezing), and 1 electrical outlet, it's hardly "liveable" space. |
