I love it here!!! Location is one of the main reasons I moved here since absolutely everything is close by, but the tenant oriented attitude and professionalism of the staff, the overall atmosphere in the community, and quality of service that I receive from management are the reasons why I continue to stay here... even though rent would be more affordable elsewhere! All the employees are wonderful, the grounds are well kept, maintenance requests are taken care of expeditiously, and I cannot say enough about how much I enjoy calling River Point my home. The manager, Kristen, does an outstanding job and has been the best. I'm even trying to get all my friends and family to move here!!!!
