I have lived here for a year and am about to renew my lease. I thought about leaving and moving closer to the city . But this place has too much to offer. Plus the drive to downtown is close. The woods and river make it seem like I live on a resort. The floor plans are spacious. But mostly its because the maitnence staff and people in the office are always helpful and friendly!!! It is also a very safe neighborhood right in East Cobb.
