This place has no respect for their tenants whatsoever! They even cut back office hours and closed an extra day out of the week. But this is probably because no one lives at this place anymore! Half of the entire complex has been empty for the past year! And I myself finally took as much as I could take once the new managment took over in late 2008. Rockledge is the new name of these apartments and the owner does not care for the residents, as he is raising rent unbelievably high. He did not even notify the residents that new management took over (again) nor that the apartments would now be called Rockledge. I was told by one of the employees a year ago that I was the best tenant they have living at this complex, yet they treated me so badly you would never think they meant anything they said.


I have lived here for 3 and a half years and the security gates have NEVER worked for the entire 3.5 years I have lived here. I have had ants and roaches living with me like crazy, and no one ever fixed the problem. It was disgusting! And the resident property manager, ----, is completely rude on the phone and just as rude in person. She will tell you one thing and proceed to do the exact opposite!



They want to control your water bill and raise it every month as they see fit. They even charged me twice for one month, and still never resolved my complaint. Half of the entire complex is now empty and has been empty for almost a year because everyone is moving out. I am joining forces and moving out next month as well. The referral fee is up to $750 because they are so DESPERATE for people to move in. Well, hopefully you all will read this and realize that this is the worst place possible in this area to live. I highly recommend checking out The Post Apartments across the street on Powers Ferry Road. They are newer, bigger, nicer, cleaner, have constant working gates, and are alot CHEAPER!! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
