If you want to move to a place where the model is totally different from your actual townhouse, then move in here and enjoy your surprise. The model kitchen is much bigger than the actual kitchen. Everyone in the family cannot eat in the kitchen at one time because space does not allow that. The new management sucks, they are rude and ignorant. For example, my electricity went totally off one evening so I called the office and her first response was,"Did you pay your electricity bill'" What kind of a question is that. Next example regarding ignorant...my friend came to visit me and he was lost so he stopped by the office for directions and the office staff told him that they did not know where I lived.
Next reason to not move....excessive electricity bills...$200-250 and the office maintenance could never find anything wrong. I'm talking about living in a two bedroom townhouse, my neighbors bills never got that high but maintenance never found a problem. Now, they have installed new AC/heating units in all the townhouses. I'm thinking great but when winter came oh NO. Now, I have to have the temp up to at least 85 degrees just to stay warm in this hell hole. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU ARE SMART.
