I will not be re-newing my lease!! These apartments are old. The floors creek, the bathrooms cabinets are from 1970. It has been repainted so many times, the walls look like freddy krueger had a party. You can visibly see all the damaages on the walls thru the paint. Apparently, re-painting a million times over wallpaper is cool. Front lawns look crappy. The roaches from outside(palmetto bugs. water roaches) have free reign no matter how clean you are. Loud cars with base are apparently encouraged
