I lived at Sedgefield, and I enjoyed my stay there. The units were totally renovated in 2003.The office staff is great, and always very helpful. I have never had a roach problem, as a matter of fact I have never had a roach. The community is very quiet. I would definately tell anyone to live there.

Do you still stay there? Do you know what a roach looks like? If the answer is yes and no then the next time you see a bug, go to walmart and get some raid (roach killer) spray it on the bug and then see what happens. It's a roach not a water bug.
