I strongly urge you not to move to Sedgefield! There is constant noise from young kids and teenagers hanging out and people playing loud music in their cars. The swimming pools are not kept up. There are 2 pools, but only the one near office is ever open. The laundry facilities do not work and are unlit for safety. There were roaches in my townhome even though a company came to spray every two weeks! The maintanance staff takes forever to complete a request and the office staff is not very friendly and always seemed to be preoccupied when I went in to discuss a problem. They are not flexible if you need to break your lease. I was not happy with how the complex was run and the upkeep of the grounds. I definately do not recommend moving to Sedgefield.
