less than 90 dayz an somebody has already broken into my apartment (most likely my neighbors 'company') who is known at the cobb county jail as a 'regular' according to the policeman that knew him as soon as he heard his name... he hangs around from place to place with his friends who own apartments here an in the area...they dont have real jobs so they have to steal other WORKING peoples valuables to get money to pay THEIR rent...people are high or drunk even in the middle of the day (not all, but some)...they watch to see when your car isnt there so they can break in while your not home... LOOKZ like a nice neighborhood but not at all... on the good hand the manager there is very nice, and will try to work with you and any problems you have...and the maintenance people are also very nice...however that isnt enough for me to feel safe in my home after this happened...! i would never do my laundry there, theres dirt an hairs in EVERY washer (i checked each one to find a good one to do my daughters clothes in) an the dryers have stale clothes that ppl have abandoned for who knows how long -my friend was RAPED by another one of the neighbor's for not selling her 2000$ laptop for 80$...! the guy who lives there "held her down while his friend raped her"...if you have kids or are a single female this place is not safe at all!! unless you have a male, or just someone home at all times to watch your things, then you cant really be sure of what's going on when your not home...DON'T LET THE CHEAP PRICE JEOPARDIZE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY'S SAFETY...!
