Ok I have been in the apartment for a little over 1 month now and so far I have not seen any problems the only thing that I see that I cant live with is the roaches. But I have my own way of solving that problem. As far as security I feel safe there but I have a dog too. And anyone who comes near my door knows that too. It has been quiet and I have had any issues thus far. But if I do I will post it.

Run as fast as you can and don't look back. The roaches are horrible and you have these big so call water bugs but they look like a over weight roaches. You can't get them to come out and fix anything and if they do they do a half a** job. When I first moved in they kept telling me they had to order stuff such as my blinds and never came out and put any up. I had to go out and by my own blinds. They have new staff now but they are no better than the previous owners. I'm so glad I move may 1st. I would not recommend anyone to live here.
