This place is just to Ghetto, and full of Mexican's that like to play their music very loud like we all want to hear it. Then people come in all hours of the day and night and slam the door and of course wakes you up from sleeping. The place is covered with roaches. I have bought lots of stuff to get rid of them and I feel that it feeds them instead. The management team is never the same, the ones they have working there now are complete idiots. There are kids running around all hours with their animals not leashed. And the pool parties are insane, they start usually around noonish and don't stop until 12 or 1 in the morning. Not sure about you but I don't know of anyone who swims that late at night nor anyone who wants to hear loud music so late. I have had to call the police on the party once because at 1am they were playing the music so loud that my windows were shaking and I couldn't sleep. The night that I moved into this place there was a shooting and a young man got shot in the chest. And if you don't think this place is bad when you pull in just ask a Cobb County Officer what this place is called, to them it is know as "The Field". According to one officer that I spoke with. I have had a neighbor try to sell prescription drugs to me at off hours during the night. I could write on book on why you shouldn't move to this place. Needless to say I know why the rent is so low, they are desperate to get people in, although right now they are about half empty, so what does that say for an apartment complex.

The noise doesn't bother me. I keep to myself and do not socialize to many people. I am not use to this type of environment had alot of adjusting to do. I would have to agree there are too many damn roaches. I have been there over a year and with my situation right now I cannot move. I can't wait to leave the roaches behind. The kids in the complex are outta control but that is there parents fault. Overall Sedgefield does need alot of work done.
