Thanks to everyone who wrote on the site, me and my brother looked at at the apartments today around 5pm and we thought the outside looked bad but the very different 2 bed 2 bath townhouse looked pretty nice to us,the romanian leasing lady was nice.I even asked a resident how she liked it and she said she loved it.I am a leasing agent in Norcross and i know that ALL THESE PEOPLE cant be lying, u will have some bad reviews But DAMN THIS IS TO MANY......

Ur welcomed...I have been trying to get out of this lease forever. I have been back and forth to the doctor because the mold and everything. I need a way out before these ppl kill me.

Signature Place has great floor plans and the area is quiet & convenient . . . HOWEVER,MOLD, SNAILS, SPIDERS AND CENTIPEDES are a major issue. . . When it rains, the skylights leak and water invades the living quarters from the patio . . . SNAILS invade the space when it rains and it takes months for simple work orders to be completed. My family and I became ill from mold when a work order was only partially completed . . . Half of the problem is SP employs a team of maintenance staff that does not speak English fluently and the other half involves management that does not give a rat's ass . . .If you can afford the high power bill due to outdated windows that have gone unattended to, God bless you. . .I haven't received a power bill under $250 yet and 6 months later, I'm still waiting on a new seal for the door and windows to be caulked. . . . . Toilets clog constantly and I've had a light shortage in the restroom that has been attended to on 4 different occassions to no avail . . . .KEEP IT MOVING > > > Don't MOVE HERE
