Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
Back in May when a fire made my building uninhabitable, the staff really went out to make it right, and I was pleased.
However, since then, everyone has been rotated out or left and the new manager DOES NOT even give you the courtsey of answering.
My CD player was stolen from my car by middle school kids.
My car was damaged by a flood when the sewers backed up, caused by a combination of heavy rain and poor maintenance on the grounds.
I had a maintenance issue that resulted in property damage and not only will they not address that, but they won?t even fix the problem. Legal action is not out of the question but I know that they'll make my life hell if I do.
It?s sad, because they used to be better. I may have a HUGE, affordable place, but, it's not worth a lot when you have to have pans out to catch leaks, like in some shanty. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
