I have lived here since Sept of last year and thankfully I have less than two weeks left. This place is the worst place I have ever lived. I have been living in apartments since 91 and this is by far the worst. Where to start, I had rat in my kitchen that the maint crew didn?t want to take care of. I?ve had a leak in both bathrooms since I moved in. Had mildew damage in my closet. The management team is the worst ever and the owners of this property don?t seem to care because they keep promoting the same idiots. Everytime you call something in they act like its your problem and not theirs and if you can get somebody to come out and fix something good luck with the crew they got there. You?re better off trying to fix any problem you have. Kids are rude there and have no respect for other peoples things (i.e. your car). Break-ins happen on a monthly basis. You got some cars that haven?t been moved in months, so makes the place look trashy and like a junk yard.

The prices for their apartments are very high, but they will sell you on their models and free rent offer. The small grocery store accross from this place is drug city. You can actually drive by any time of the day and see people selling and buying.

Do yourself a favor and get as far away from this place as you can.
