Please do not sign a lease here! I have lived in other apartments where if you had a problem it was fixed immediately. This place will never fix anything!
We have had ceilings leaks, no heat, no air and it goes on for months! Bugs that are bigger than my dog and unidentifiable. I have only lived here for four months...no heat no air conditioning no pest control. an apratemnet in our building was broken into and the broken glass and trash wre not picked up or repaired for more than 3 weeks. I believe the only reason it was repaired was that someone rented that apartment.
Maintenance and management are the worst. I have some great neighbors who I think will be live long friends and I will miss them but I have got to break this lease!
