I lived there for 3.5 years..only because I did not have the $$ to move earlier. The first year was actually OK. But then it all went downhill...FAST. It became totally ghetto!! You name it trashy parking lot, crime, thugs, drugs, bugs galore, scampering noises in the vents that certainly sounded like mice/ rats running around, mold, mildew, and a maintenance staff that did NOTHING!!!. The last winter I lived there I had no hot water for a week! Ice cold showers get old REALLY fast. The residents above me flooded their laundry area and it flooded mine as well....it leaked water for 3 days. Initially I had to stay home to keep dumping the water from a bucket on the floor since it was gushing so quickly from the ceiling. The mold that grew actually began making me ill and it smelled so bad it was pretty nauseating...the manager of the complex laughed when i mentioned I was having health problems because of it.
Thankfully I had no problems getting my deposit back, but perhaps that was because I threatened legal action due to my health problems caused by black mold in my vents and ceiling apartment. Thankfully after moving out, all of my health issues have subsided and I have no permenant damage. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH, PERSONAL SAFETY, SANITY, AND WALLET....DO NOT EVEN THINK OF MOVING HERE!!!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
