I have lived here for 5 years and in that time frame I have experienced everything from roach communities in my cabinets even after the so called " exterminator" came on serveral occasions-to floods on 2 seprate occasions ruining thousands of dollars funiture and equipment due to a faulty drainage system on the property that did not drain properly when it rained heavy due to the fact that it was not in the home this was not covered by renters insurance ...and the management consitently tried to convince me otherwise even after talking to Allstate. For a resident that has never been late on rent nor caused a disturbance...id say this is a piss poor way of thanking me for my business. I will say the best thing they did for me was let me out of my lease 1 month early after having to take off work and go into the office and get Face to face with them to explaine the seriousness of this situation and the harm it could cause to my six month old daughter. Please do not move here ...it is not the living experience that they portray and its well worth continuing your apt search. THANKS!
