Well....where do I begin. My family moved to this God forsaken place just two months ago and ready to leave. The property manager is deceptive with her sales techniques to get you to move in and she never responds to your calls.... maintenance takes forever to respond and they really dont know what the hell they are doing....the leasing staff, especially (Danece), are like puppets being pulled from a string by management (Sandy) to behave rudely, ignorant, ditzy and just outright stupid....and the apartment.....O God!!!....roach, spider and cricket infested and their exterminator is a joke. We were told by the leasing staff that the exterminator doesn't work and we are better off purchasing our own. Isn't this crazy!!! The apartments are very old and shabby. Dont be fooled by the model like we were...ask to see the actual apartment that you will move into. But hopefully you will not even bother with this place because we are here to tell you that its the worst place to live in Marietta.
