Is this place worth more than $800.00' HECK NO! They need to pay us $800.00 a month just to stay in this dump. My family moved to Atlanta two months ago from, well... they say the worst city in the north. You know, the one where the river caught on fire many years ago and compared to our experiences so far here in Atlanta, that city was paradise. I can't believe these apartment complexes take advantage of people in such a diabolical way. Welcome to Atlanta! Signature Place is horrible and they even have the nerve to have a sister complex, Silver Creek, don't go there either. This place is bug infested (you ever seen flying roaches' How about a swarm of them') rat infested, old and run down. The buildings are not kept up and, the creepy kids. Since there is no playground to play in, these kids play in the middle of the parking lot or on your breezeway. The apartments are not cleaned after someone has moved out and are disgusting. Mold and mildew is growing within cabinets and on walls. People decorate their porches and patios with mattresses, old tires, trash and unwanted junk. Does this place accept section 8' They should... I might consider paying $8.00/month for this place, then again that may be too much. I have never been more miserable, more disgusted and more grossed out in my life! I beg you, do not move here! I almost forgot about maintenance. I forgot about them because they never show up to fix anything. I don?t mean it takes them a long time to come, I MEAN THEY NEVER SHOW UP! If by chance, you do kidnap a maintenance person to fix something, well be advised, it is still not fixed! Oh yeah don't be fooled by the model showing, it looks NOTHING like your actual apartment. OK, take the model, add 20 years to it, add some German Roaches, add Some Flying Roaches (Palmetto Bugs), add crickets, add creepy kids playing in front of your door, add a mouse or two, add mold and mildew, and subtract any maintenance AND? THAT will be your apartment. This place gets a thumbs down, better yet, it gets THE FINGER! I wouldn't recommend it to the mouse sleeping on our patio.

You are completely right!! I worked for Silver Creek and they terminated me due to them not giving me rental reduction as part of written as well as verbal agreement! The Property manager at Silver Creek Cassie Kilgore will lie to you in your face!!!"No problem" is their favorite phrase at Signature Place and Silver Creek. The Property manager Rachel is not worth a damn neither. The other chick Jan neither. They are all too immature and incoherent to attempt to run an apartment complex, and they basically do not give a damn about anyone but their selves and spend several work hours shopping together while I was at Silver Creek doing Cassies' job!!! They will get theirs!- Trust!!!
