MOLD, MOLD, MOLD is a fact of life at Signature Place. Expect to co-exist with the cockroaches that they use on Fear Factor. They seem to concentrate on the landscaping in front of the office more than anywhere else. The shrubbery around the apartments make a perfect hiding place for someone to lay in wait for you as you come home to very few exterior lights. The roofing was in bad need of repairs.
