I signed a lease with Signature Place on December 17th, 2004. I paid up front almost $11,000. My carpets were poorly installed, my toilet was broken, and my bedroom window was cracked!!! Then my power was shut off due to losing my job. I used a power cord to use alittle power from an apt that they were cleaning and getting ready to lease. The power was only used for a lamp, cell phone charger, and alarm clock. They put a warrant out for my arrest for the full amount due on the power bill for two months!!! NEVER LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!
