Great floor plan, poor maintanence, poor business management, continually changing staff and management, dishonest, lack integrity, water damage from leaks, excessive dangerous mold(per microbiologist), inadequate parking, plethora of insects in apartment, they do not leave a notice when the come into the apartment, maintanence will break your items, non-standard lease agreement (READ IT), unstable, this place is dangerous and should be banned...may be great if maintained better...

i seriously agree with this writer everything that was said is so true and the management really sucks bad service ,everything else has been said and i feel like this conmmunity is a total rip off, yes the price that they charge is not worth it .The main management need to do something about the current management especially the current manager.thanks

I could not agree more...Than current manager at best is as shoddy as the apartments. The up keep is terrible. Red ants are taking over my apartment with no helf from management. If you still live in the apartment complex we all need to get together and see legal help with this matter. Make them hold up their end of the lease as they want us to live up to our end and pay on time.
