Before reading the opinions of others on this page we would like to caution you that this site, unfortunately, has become an open forum of negativity by residents who have been evicted either due to non payment of rent or behavior that was intolerable to their neighbors. We are a professional management company that works very hard to exceed the expectations of our customers. Without our customers, we would not be in business. As you continue to read, please keep in mind there are always two sides to any story. As with anything, it is up to you to make the final decision. If you are considering our community as your new home, please give yourself and us the opportunity to meet in person. Speak with our current residents and make an informed decision to best suit your needs. For every 1 negative, there are 100 positives. Don't allow one persons' perceived injustice to be the yardstick in which your opinion is based. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to exceed your expectations.

It is so obvious that this is posted by one of the workers in the office, space does not replace professionalism. The numbers speak. There are only two good reviews on the message boards. This is a made up post by property. People Beware! Yes you'll be missing out alright - on your sanity! Let's see, work trucks that block views, kids playing in the streets, mailboxes that are missing, overflowing trash near the mailbox, rats, bad lighting in the back, broken fences surrounding the property on Delk Road, mold. I was never looking to establish friendships in the office, it is their duty to be nice, they serve the tenants. This is about upkeep of property. A hardworking person who is trying to do their best should not be stressed in their home environment where they are renting from. To think, Signature Place does not do Section 8. I've seen better complexes that do. This is a post to save some people their time and frustration. Space, well sure, but you know what for a couple of bucks more and a clean, well maintained, gated community with a gym that works, a business center that is used, is definitely worth it. I've learned my lesson.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I feel sorry for the Signature Place staff...Kharma is REAL!!! ....The main thing one should take from it is, that when one comes to the realization that life effects life, compassion is the only true recourse. If one knows that one's actions cause an imbalance or pain, and those actions, in return, come full circle and affect one's own happiness, then one also find oneself more careful in both word and deed.
