I lived at Signature Place in 2003 and moved after 10 months of living their. I loved my apartment and the size. Of course, I wasn't happy with the carpet but it wasn't that bad, just a few spots that I covered with furniture and a plant. I wanted new carpet but management refused to replace it though they promised to do so. I must have been blessed because the previous resident maintained the apartment very well. The furnace went out in the apartment twice but maintenance worked hard to repair it. Smoke came from nowhere and the fire department came. I noticed when I moved out that mice had started to invade the laundry room. There were mice droppings. I am so sorry that the place has worsened over time because I was actually thinking about referring someone to Signature Place. I searched for the floorplans so I could tell the individual what floorplan I had (great two bedroom with an alcove) but after reading the reviews, I will pass.

Hopefully, management reads the reviews and more importantly, the owner of the property. With a loan for major repairs/renovations and a new staff this old gem of a community could be saved.
