I don't know who Khines is, but this is the worst experience I have ever had!!! I must admit they had us fooled with the model apartment. Whoever keeps up with that apartment deserves a raise!! They put so much effort into making you believe these apartments are nice. NOTTTTTT!! The roaches are rediculous!!! Before moving our stuff in we bombed the place four times, and still had roaches. I mean they were coming from everywhere (ex:under the carpet, out of the air vents, through the drain in the shower and sinks), just disgusting. They told us the exterminator comes every Monday if you sign up. We signed up for three Monday's in a row and never saw an exterminator. Finally, we gave up on hope of ever seeing the exterminator. They advertise 24hour emergency maintenance, but nothing you call in for is considered an emergency, not to mention the people who answer the phone alread have a nasty attitude. There is never any parking available because those big white working vans take up two parking spots each. If they do happen to leave a little space for your car they end up hitting your car. I could go on and on and on and on about these apartments.

I was also a former tenant, we were upset from the beginning, because we moved from out of state . When we arrived they switched our apartment, not only that we we not moved in til midnight ,because the apartment was not ready.This was just the beginning of problems to come. The stove was a fire hazard the refridgerator leaked like crazy, windows were broke screens had holes in them,roaches were unbelievable, maintenance was lousy took up to three weeks for them to show up and then they did tacky work,never clean up after them selfsmangement is useless, in my first three months they went thru four managers.Parking is horrible they let trailers work truck all over the place instead of a residential area it looks like a worksite. The only apartment that looks nice is the model, all other units our in very poor condition

My name is Tee. my husband and i were going to move there from out of town, too. but i don't think so anymore. we rented from Hidden Woods in College Park...BIGGGGG MISTAKE!!!! I asked management at Signature Place about roaches, she said that they have an exterminator but the problem is in the back of the complex where the "not so clean" tenants live - not in the front. Hidden Woods has flying roaches. We bombed and sprayed, nothing worked.
