We are a professional management company that works very hard to exceed the expectations of our customers. Without our customers, we would not be in business. As you continue to read, please keep in mind there are always two sides to any story. As with anything, it is up to you to make the final decision. If you are considering our community as your new home, please give yourself and us the opportunity to meet in person. Speak with our current residents and make an informed decision to best suit your needs. For every 1 negative, there are 100 positives. This disclaimer holds no merit. I lived there for four years. I was not evicted. I was one of the quiet tenants who finally escaped to a better place. As I read through the postings, every one of them rings true. Signature Place needs to be torn down and replaced with newer homes better management. When people ask me where to go in Atlanta, I'm always sure to tell them to stay away from Signature Place.

If it was so bad why did you live there for 4 years. Why didnt you move after your first lease was up/
