I have 4 more months left in this apartment and let me say, THE TIME CAN'T PASS FAST ENOUGH!!! This is the most miserable living situation I've had of all the places I've rented. Though intitially I was sold on the spaciousness of the apartment, had I used my better judgement, I'd have never moved in. The apartments are very old, thus you can hear EVERYTHING. My upstairs neighbor babysits a child during the day (I work nights mostly, so I'm home in the day) and each and every morning, it sounds as though the child and my neighbor are trying their best to stomp holes in the floor. I can hear every step...ALL DAY! When another neighbor plays music, I hear that, too and my walls vibrate. Huge water bugs pay frequent visits. Spiders are here in abundance. When I first moved in, it took months to get rid of roaches and other critters, despite the weekly "pest control." I feel as though there is rarely a moment of peace here! We've had a mold spot in the ceiling since we moved in that no one has taken care of. And as for maintainance....if you have a problem, don't count on it being handled quickly! I still haven't gotten the fan in my bathroom fixed, and I reported that LAST APRIL! Junky laundry room. Junky fitness equipment. I definitely DO NOT recommend this complex unless you're desperate.

The manager of this place is one of the biggest liars of them all. ----- looks has if she is a prostitue all the time. She is what STANDS FOR D.E.L. SHE WISHES THAT SHE WAS YOUNG.Even being young she had to look bad. The company operates out of this place. ----- just wishes that she could look good. Maybe with about $75,000 in plastic surgary.

Do Not Move Here unless you want a daily challenge. Roaches, old structure which is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Roaches of all sizes. Management tries but it is only so much you can do when you do not upgrade the structure. Go to the Cobb County police and get a report of all the crimes that has occurred here in the last 6 months. Do Not Move Here Unless You Want A Challenge!

The company use the word "Forum" a lot. If that is what you have working for you "Face It" The truth is what it is............Live with it.
