Before reading the opinions of others on this page we would like to caution you that this site, unfortunately, has become an open forum of negativity by residents who have been evicted either due to non payment of rent or behavior that was intolerable to their neighbors. We are a professional management company that works very hard to exceed the expectations of our customers. Without our customers, we would not be in business. As you continue to read, please keep in mind there are always two sides to any story. As with anything, it is up to you to make the final decision. If you are considering our community as your new home, please give yourself and us the opportunity to meet in person. Speak with our current residents and make an informed decision to best suit your needs. For every 1 negative, there are 100 positives. Look lady...1st of all I wasn't a person who was evicted!! I chose to leave that filthy apartment complex on my own!!!2nd of all when your not able to view your apartment until after you sign the lease and then see the roach infested apartment when it time to mover your things in..there's a problem!!! Just face it!!! You have a roach problem!! Until you are ready to spend money on some serious extermination the roach will continue to take over the complex!!! If you do decide to move into these apartments, I cannot stress enough that you make them show you the apartment you will be living in!!! Not the Model apartment that kept up!!

For those who are even considering this complex - understand that the management HAS to post a disclaimer and say these things. They need to stay in business. The only way to do that is to lure people into a lease. They have to maintain a percentage of occupancy so that they aren't fired by corporate. No, the majority of the people posting here are NOT people who've been evicted or who've been a problem. For the most part, they - like me - are people who were good renters, but no longer wanted to live in a roach infested slum. When I moved, I did so because I'd watched the neighborhood decline, I'd watched the office staff turn over three times, and I'd witnessed the type of people they rented to (the apartment across the landing from me was being used as a "crackhouse" at one point. When I mentioned it to the office, they did nothing about it!)I got tired of the lies regarding promised repairs. I watched them build a new deck at the clubhouse while the old air conditioners went unrepaired and unreplaced. It was the worst place I've ever lived. I've been gone several years now and I STILL warn people against moving there. From what I'm reading and hearing, it hasn't gotten better, it's gotten worse. Ignore the disclaimer. If you do move in, remember that you were warned.

It is very important for a person to form their own opinions about an apartment complex. But if you could get opinions from former residents it would make a persons decisions easier when apartment hunting. I lived in Signature place for 1 year. Moving from Va I didnt know much about the area other than Signture Place was spacious and cheaper than the rest of the apartments in the area. After moving in, the first month there was a problem with roaches. It was reported to mangement and whatever was used to stop the roaches made it seem like it made them multiply. The staff was horrible I tried to break my lease after a month. I wish I did get evicted but instead I stayed and tried to deal with roach problems. My neighbors which happened to be -------- said they had roaches for 2 years and thats probably why I had them. NASTY NASTY complex.This was 3 years ago so who knows what the property is like now but if it still operates under the name Signature Place then it cant be any better. I would not recommend my worse enemy to moved in these apartments. No I wasnt evicted, or had any problems with money or was disruptive, just a female working and going to school so this was written to let potential residents know its not a good move to make.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I feel sorry for the Signature Place staff...Kharma is REAL!!! ....The main thing one should take from it is, that when one comes to the realization that life effects life, compassion is the only true recourse. If one knows that one's actions cause an imbalance or pain, and those actions, in return, come full circle and affect one's own happiness, then one also find oneself more careful in both word and deed.
