when we were shown the apartment model it looked pristine and in great condition...like someone actually took care of the place. we came here recently and they made us sign all the papers before they let us see our apartment. when we got to the apartment to do the inspection the leasing consultant tried to hurry us along so that we would miss the major flaws in the apartment. Upon a more thorough examination of the apartment we discovered flood damage that had been poorly covered up, bowed ceilings, rotted base boards, warped fixtures, unthorough paint job, leaky pipes, dead roaches everywhere, cigarette butts, unfunctional outside door and lock, and worstly a bottom floor with water seaping in through the bottom of the wall ruining some of our furniture with mold and water damage. we have always paid our rent on time... in fact early sometimes, but we never seemed to get the help that we requested and were promised. the property manager is a two faced liar, seemingly nice to your face but never fulfills her promises. As for the maintainence crew is shoty... at best.

This place is rotted, infested and is a dump. The Manager looks like trailer trash.

okay i'm moving from nyc...i saw the signatures complex last year while apt searching, everything looked great please tell me the truth i'm about to set up a interview with management..i'll be in atl in a few days, is this place truly that grimy????
